Gas System Equipment

Your gas supply is essential for the proper operation of draft beer systems, ensuring that beer is served at the right pressure and maintaining its quality. This equipment includes:

CO2 Tanks – Carbon dioxide is commonly used in beer gas systems to pressurize kegs and push the beer through the system.

Nitrogen Tanks – Nitrogen is used in combination with CO2 (often a blend of 70% nitrogen and 30% CO2) for stouts and other beers that require a smoother, creamier texture.

Regulators – These control the pressure of the gas entering the beer lines to ensure consistent flow and carbonation levels.

Beer Gas Blenders – These devices combine CO2 and nitrogen in the correct proportions, often used for beers like Guinness or other nitro-style beers.

Gas Line and Fittings – These are used to connect the gas tanks, regulators, and beer dispensing system. Proper installation of these lines is crucial to prevent leaks and ensure the system is operating efficiently.

Secondary Regulators – Used in multi-keg systems to control pressure individually for each keg, allowing for precise control over different types of beer.

Beer Dispensing Pumps – These can be added to systems when the beer needs to be pushed over a longer distance or higher elevation.
