Kegerator Equipment
Keg Coupler - A device that connects the keg to the CO2 system and allows beer to flow from the keg. There are different couplers for different types of kegs (e.g., American, European).
CO2 Tank - A pressurized tank filled with carbon dioxide (CO2), used to push beer from the keg through the system and maintain carbonation.
CO2 Regulator - Controls the flow and pressure of CO2 into the keg. It’s adjustable to ensure the right pressure for dispensing.
Beer Line - A tube that carries beer from the keg to the faucet. It needs to be clean and insulated to prevent temperature loss and contamination.
Faucet - The tap from which beer is dispensed. This is typically attached to the front of the kegerator and is what you pour beer from.
Draft Tower - The vertical or horizontal structure that holds the faucet. It can be mounted on top (for tower) or on the front (for draft arm).
Drip Tray - Catches any beer that spills or drips when pouring, helping to keep the area clean.
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOM KEG BOX BUILDS
Cooling System - Either a refrigeration unit or cooler system that keeps the keg and beer lines at the optimal temperature for serving.
Temperature Controller - A device to regulate and maintain the temperature inside the kegerator to ensure the beer stays at the perfect serving temperature.
